I arrived at 4:55pm and asked if I was to late to get my bloodwork done when the most lovely lady said no no dear you come in. She got all my information finished with one client then took me in, I explained that I have a hard time giving blood they usually just take it out of the top of my hand. She said ok no worries I’ll be very gentle the whole time getting ready she made pleasant conversation which helped me to not feel so anxious. I have had blood drawn from my hand times and it always stings quit a bit however this lovely lady did it I barely felt a thing. Your technician was warm and welcoming, she was gentle and kind.
