Very impolite and they are using scare tactics to get you to into an insurance policy without other considerations to your options. Very shady, would not recommend.
I have dealt with insurance companies since I have been driving(30 years) I just dealt with an insurance claim that was the most non transparent and frustrating ordeal with TD insurance, they are the worst insurance company around and the reviews on Facebook google and BBB speak for themselves, I am one of millions. Dealing with Meghan is straight to the point and got the policy set up and done, perfect, insurance doesn’t need to be difficult, Thank you for painless transactions I will be switching all my policies over as soon as possible. Will recommend to my family friends and customers, great people great service, and get it done...... keep up the great work! Thank you
I had the pleasure of dealing with Meghan for my auto insurance needs. She was very attentive and listened to my requirements and was able to recommend a policy that provided the highest value. She was very professional and I didn’t feel pressured into making a decision, in fact Meghan actually helped me in arriving at my decision but explaining the pros and cons in great detail. While the price point for policies is unique to the customer’s criteria, I was able to get a policy that exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Meghan I was able to save a couple thousand dollars! The signing of the policy papers was also completed 100% electronically and went very smoothly. I’ll definitely be recommending M&W to friends and family for their insurance needs. A special shout out to Meghan’s assistant Andrea for coordinating the paper work.
Misclasififying your policy in order to charge you as much as they possibly can, telling you they need photos of your vehicles. Calling you a liar. Forcing you to buy another sticker when you only get one with plates, these people should be in jail, nvm in a business. Multiple complaints filed against them, some in court system now. Go any where else in canada if you dont want to get robbed.
