Best customer service!! And the willingness of the staff to help their customers by going out of their way is for sure commendable. Zion here is an exceptionally diligent associate here, and upon my recent couple of visits here, me and my family were beyond pleased and blown away by Zion's above and beyond customer care. Staff members like Zion (and this other lady associate at cash register closer to 6pm 2nd July) are the Gem of associates for any business to run successfully due to customer care being their passion. I love Mark's, their quality is undeniably the best. Awesome selection of women's, men's clothing , shoes/ boots and accessories. To get their best deals shop on their sales or on their clearance days. This store is now reopened and following Proper Covid -19 protocols.
Very unaccomidating for disabled people and single mothers in this location. Mark's just lost a shopper!!
Very helpful and I got lots of my items on sale. Got to love that.
Since Canadian Tire has bought the store, I find the quality and style of clothing has changed for the worst. I was able to get a great variety of business casual clothing. Now, not so much. I am not happy with the new cothing or fabrics that are used.
