It's funny how Ashton knows exactly why I gave this company 1star when I mentioned nothing about a battery I know exactly what batteries my guns need that comment and everything he says proves all these 5 star comments are fake. Just family and friends asked to give a 5 start rating if you want real service from actual pros who know what there talking about DO NOT use this trashy company recommend heros outdoors

Bricks & mortor location is a small proshop which appeared to carry mostly airsoft armaments, parts and tech mods; didn't see any tac-gear (masks/vests/fatigues etc.) on site. Called and booked an appt within an hour, staff was punctual, polite, no pressure, and answered all my noob questions. Gave 4 stars because "available stock" online did not exactly reflect what was on the physical shelf. If you plan to drop-in to purchase something SPECIFIC - have product# ready to ask when you call. I went in t with my #2 pick but probably could have ordered my #1pick and waited for it. Thanks MajorAirsoft, see you on the field!
Haven't shopped with you guys yet but will be ordering an EBR from you guys in the next day or so but I'm giving you guys 5 stars now and as all but one person has had great experience with you guys so I'm assuming my experience will be great you guys have the EBR I'm looking for that I sold my 416a5 to get as for Lucas the 1 star rater it's not they're job to ensure you have the right battery necessarily it's yours you should know what it uses my 5 year old nephew knows the difference between different connectors etc already how? I have no clue maybe my sister been teaching him some advanced education.
Highly recommend. Had an issue with my gun. Brought it in to have a new spring installed. He had an issue with the motor and gave me a whole new gun identical to the one I had :) amazing customer service.
Best customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Find what you need. Will definitely be using them again.

An absolute horrible place to shop i would recommend going to heros outdoors and not wasting your time with this place. They are liars and cons. They have absolutely no clue what they are talking about
