Recently broke my iPhone 11 screen and came to Majestik to get it fixed. The staff were very friendly in helping me out and hooked me up with a screen protector to somewhat make sure it doesn’t happen again. The place also has a pretty large collection of protective phone covers to choose from. 10/10 would recommend. Overall great service and communication. The staff are awesome.

I had my iPhone screen broken and the charging port was damaged so I went to their Whitby location. the customer service was great. Their store is very well organized and clean. Most of all they were able to fix my iPhone screen and charging port in the promised short period of time with a reasonable price compared to other communication stores. Totally recommend and will be visiting with any device issue.

Fast, friendly & reliable service and repairs. Great selection of phone cases and they apply your screen protector properly on the first try. The guy that works there is always willing to go the extra mile, he’s even gone as far as to offer delivering my device to me if I wasn’t able to come back to pick it up. I will always go here before going anywhere else. Highly recommended.
Amazing customer service. Went in with my charging port having issues. After the assessment was done and a light clean, my charging port was fixed. They were professional and did not push unnecessary stuff on me. Very well respected. This store came highly recommended from a friend d of mine, and she was absolutely right.
