I have nothing but good things to say about Lakeridge Fertility. The nurses are so warm and welcoming. They use your first name and remember you, which makes you feel extremely welcome. I felt their response time amazing. Any time I had a question during my times in the office the staff were always so great with giving me the information I was looking for. I would 100% recommend this Fertility Clinic. Thank you guys for being so helpful in my fertility journey!

Clinic is unprofessional, they don't care for patient, they are worried for keeping you in combusted process. Takes months to get appointment and wasting your money and time. We contact clinic for our second baby and they put us in loop of reports because staff forgot to check the correct test on requisition and Dr. Says their staff is competent to do job. I feel visiting to this clinic was mistake and I will not refer. if there is minus rating I would have given to this clinic.

Buyer beware! Maybe great for getting families pregnant, but not about seeing that they hold the pregnancy up until 3 months. They just want to get you pregnant and kick you out the door. I felt like they were constantly trying to sell me on things I didn't need. Make sure to ask about the cheaper options not just what they tell you is the best or 'patient preference'

The nurses at Lakeridge Fertility are wonderful. They make the whole experience bearable for me. Dr. Browning is very professional and gets right to the point. We conceived our first baby here, unfortunately ended in a loss at 14 weeks, Lakeridge Fertility was very helpful and compassionate when we reached out to them. We are starting our treatment again soon and I know we will be in good hands.

I can't recommend this clinic enough!! It's been over a year since I had to go see them. I got my gorgeous daughter Maisy because of their help. Dr. Browning was straight to the point, which I like in a doctor. I don't want someone to sugar coat or tip toe around my issues. I was happy to hear what needed to be done / what he planned to do to help my fertility issues. The ladies however, make the clinic what it is (no offence Dr. B...you just have wicked staff!!). Jesse, Caitlin and Gabe are AMAZING. They made the early morning blood work and the oh so much fun ultrasounds bearable. They were always in a good mood and they are genuinely happy to help. They also always respected my wishes. When they told me I was pregnant they were so happy for me. I bet they are for everyone, but I felt great when they told me with such happiness. I actually missed seeing them on a daily basis after they told me I was pregnant. I recently went back to visit at the clinic and to introduce them to my daughter, and it was so great to see them. I would recommend this clinic over and over (and I have). Thank you Lakeridge Fertility. I will always have a special place for all of you in my heart and I will remember your kindness, especially when I look at my little bundle of cuteness.
