Store was very clean and tidy. Access into the store was well organised. We were looking for shoes and able to find the shoes were looking for and the size we wanted. There still honouring a 30 day return policy . And we also found the associates to be very helpful

A very good place for Obviously golf equipment and accessories, when in need of golf "stuff". I try and wait for their sales. probably because I need help at golf. Don't play as much as I used too but it's still a good place for help with your golfing needs.
Instead of having 3 people at the door to ask if you have corona, why not put a few more employees on the cash register? They are literally doing the exact opposite of what is COVID safe by making people stand in line feet from each other for 30 minutes indoors.
Bought a 700 driver today, my husband had about 10 questions to ask about it and not a person on the floor to help. When the girl at the check out asked if anyone helped us we said it wasn't possible as no one was around. The response was oh ya everyone's on break. Um what?? Standard business procedures you stager the break times so everyone takes their breaks and different times to ensure your paying customers are well looked after. Especially if your short staffed on top of that. Guess that procedure doesn't apply here..
Good service, nicely organized store, seems clean and has just about anything you can imagine for golf.
Poor service!! My husband and I were there for 15 minutes looking at new clubs and no one even approached us. There were 4 guys at the golf desk just gabbing..
Worst experience at this location ever nobody want to help me nobody even said boo to me if you can avoid the whippy Golf Town into the employees at Whitby golf town it's a shame I came there ready to spend money
I've been shopping at Golf Town for a while now and have never had any issues. That being said, today I came in to look at upgrading my hybrid and a few other clubs. I searched for someone to assist me and upon finding an older male employee who didn't seem busy he brushed me off and simply said we don't do testing anymore. I then asked for help deciding between two clubs as I figured he should have the expert knowledge, instead of helping me he brushed me off again and pushed me to a younger gentleman to help while making a joke about not knowing much about women's clubs - which to me was in very poor taste. It dawned on me, the reason this gentleman kept brushing me away was because he didn't consider the fact that I as a woman could play golf and didn't give me a chance, meanwhile he went on to help other male customers. In the end the younger male employee helped me make a selection but I'm not sure I'll be visiting Golf Town again.
