I am so happy that I finally went to a footcare clinic for my toe nails!!! The receptionist and Dr. Tony were excellent! The receptionist (I'm so sorry I don't remember your name) was excellent in giving me information including that while the procedure was not covered under OHIP that it will be covered under private insurance if I have it. They gave me all the extra information (and I appreciated the highlighting) that was needed to submit my claim which btw did cover everything. Dr. Tony was professional and extremely good at what he does! I have already booked my next appointment!

I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to get a professional treatment and feel relax and comfortable. Tony and Stephanie are both professionals with high emotional intelligence skills. Stephanie makes you feel welcome from the first moment that you make a phone call for an appointment. She is always friendly and supportive. On the other hand, Tony is highly experienced and professional. He explains all your treatment options carefully and make sure you are comfortable during the treatment. He shows empathy and does his best to lower your pain and discomfort. I do not think you can find a better place in Durham.

Very competent Clinic!!!!!!!!!! My Ingrown toenail surgery was very successful and the follow ups were great! As discussed by Doc Tony, the transition to healing was spot on! Added bonus is the super friendly and full of life staff. I highly recommend Family Wellness and Footcare and Orthotics Clinic!!!!

I can't say enough about the wonderful footcare that I received from Tony Hu. I had foot pain for a number of years, and Tony was able to diagnose the problem and explain it to me very quickly. He recommended Orthodics and I have been walking without pain since. He also recommended the type of shoes that I should wear, which was also helpful. I walk 50 to 60 km per week and I can't thank Tony enough. I would highly recommend him.
