We can't wait for reopening always a great time. We went for the Halloween and winter event and the treats were just as pictured. The staff at this location have always treated myself and my kids well. Mine are now 9 and 11 and we've been going since my eldest was one. If anything ever went wrong they were always quick to fix it. Such amazing people.

Worst visit ever! Went last night to try to enjoy their Halloween event. When we arrived, the event was advertised at 14.99 per child. We were charged 19.99 per child. I have a picture of their advertised sign, We bought two thirty minute packages and were told we could use one card at a time if we chose to do so. We chose to do so. The first game we tried did not work and somehow both cards got tapped but we never used one of the cards after that. After 15 minutes of trying to get their manager to understand that, he only reinstated 20 minutes. Food took 30 minutes to come. We ordered their Halloween pizza and got a pizza that was not Halloween themed, again I have a picture. Did not bother to say anything as it already took 30 minutes for this pizza to come and everyone was starving. NOT a safe place for Covid times!!! Their manager did not wear his mask properly. I never once saw them sanitize anything. I have been to other arcades during Covid and see them constantly sanitizing their games. Not here. We were there for approximately 2 hours and nothing was cleaned!

During COVID-19 sanitization is increased. When we were there, only one other small family was there during the 2 hours. So if you're looking for something to do with kids in your family this option is relatively safe.
Did my daughter's birthday here and it was the best decision I made! They staff were great all the guest young and old had a great time. The only down fall it gets SUPER busy and the food takes extremely long to come out of the kitchen. Other than that it was great experience. Also this location is conveniently off the highway.
My first time experience was amazing. Our hostess was superb, very attentive. Had my sons 3rd birthday party and he loved it.

My toddler missed this place so much! We went there for Bootacular, and expected so much. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't as magical as we expected. The lady that greeted us was accomodating, however, you could tell she was new; 1. She didn't take a picture of us before we went in. 2. She didn't know the details about Bootacular, and we took so long in the till area. The good stuff: my toddler got to play lots, and some of the staff danced with her, so that was a plus :)
