Installed tires on Maverick X3 incorrectly (Didn't use Beadlock from the rim as designed) so tire failed and fell off the rim while I was on a trip with the kids. When I called them they said how can I prove that I didn't do it even though they replaced the tires (3) and all of them were done wrong, while the two they did not touch were installed correctly. I sent pictures and asked for a tire replacement and I would buy the other tire as you have to replace both. Never got back to me. I then found a picture of the X3 sitting in their shop with the tires installed incorrectly, and still no response. I was very lucky no one got hurt, as tire completely fell off the rim. I thought my request was reasonable.. I had to pay another shop to re-install the tires correctly and had to buy 2 new tires out of pocket as the tire in the pictures got destroyed.

Untrustworthy! They wanted my boat to get damaged! After spending hundreds on a few tiny seals and clamps my wife asked what type of grease does are seadoo shaft require and she was advised it should run dry without grease. This would cause thousands in damage! Not sure if this had an aspect of sexism in it or not but to purposely give such costly advice will prevent me from ever going there again. Update: the number you provided in your response to my review is the main store line. Why would I call the same people/ person that told us to run the shaft dry which would cause thousands in damage. Your response is nothing more than a public relations stunt to appear like you care, but it demonstrates you don’t and condone this behavior...perhaps if I ran it dry, you guys would make a couple thousand fixing it.
