Really??? I am gobsmacked by these reviews. I am a new homeowner in Whistler. Since July 2020 I have received THREE different solicitation letters in the mail (home address, not Whistler) from this property management company. I called the Resort Municipality of Whistler who advised that this is indeed illegal. Then I called Land Titles (a provincial entity) who also said this is illegal and that they would have found my private information after the sale of the home. It means they are trolling Whistler listings and finding personal information after the sale of a home. To reiterate, IT'S ILLEGAL. We live in a first world country where a company hopefully follows the rules like everyone else does. I received solicitation letters from no other company. Hmmmm. Perhaps because it's illegal. This is why I felt compelled to write this review. Either A. They do not know the law, which would concern me as they should know. Or B. They know and just solicit to my home address anyway. Either are cause to stay away from this company for property management.
