Literally best staff I've had a pleasure of getting to know. Very well educated in both skiing and snowboarding. I know you'd think, yes, obviously but a lot of people don't have the same level of expertise. I basically got them to dress me from head to toe. Went into Comor to fix my toe binding ratchets and had an awesome experience! Andreas and the rest of the staff were awesome and walked me through the entire process while fixing my bindings. Was nice to have such great customer service. They really saved my day tomorrow on the mountain. 100% would recommend!
After years of struggling to find the perfect fit of snowboard boot, I’ve finally found my perfect boot! A huge thank you to Robin for all of his time, knowledge and patience with me. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was making a weighed and informed decision! After many pairs of average boots, and average boot fitters, I have found my go-to store! Truly appreciated Robin!
Went here with my partner to get a minor ski boot adjustment. We were promptly helped but talked down to continuously for 30-45 minutes about choosing the right boot from the get go and that we should have purchased the boots from them originally. Yet she concluded that it was a good choice of boot. Had I known we were going to get a rant about where we spend our money we would have gone somewhere else. Very elitist vibe and unwelcoming.
Service was fast and efficient. Keon/Teon was very helpful. I had an odd request and they were absolutely able to help me out. High quality products and high quality staff!
