The Whistler BMX Club was established in 2012 with the aim of building and operating a competition standard BMX track in Whistler. The project aims to cater to a range of activities, including: - BMX - MTB 4X - Kids Run Bikes - Community Pumptrack The project will provide a range of benefits to the Whistler community and that of the Sea To Sky Corridor at large. Including, but not limited to: - Foundation skills for all types of biking. - Racing and coaching for kids. - Crossover training for ski & snowboard cross. - Open all season for families even if not racing. - Race track and pump track for riders of all ages and ability levels. - Track designed for flow and speed versus technical to ensure maximum accessibility for all riders.
