I have been with Base Wireless for about 8 years, and could not have run my home based office without them. Great internet reliability and excellent, friendly, timely customer service. A huge thank you to Base Wireless for taking care of the people in the boonies for many years!

I like this company. They have tried to provide a good service to Pemberton in spite of the lack of density required to make money. They have always done their best to solve any problems. It's a pity that they are now being abandoned by customers, including myself, because Telus has brought fiber optic to the valley. We will have better technology, but worse service from Telus, and we will pay more in the end, after the promos end. The little guy loses again.
Very happy with the service that Base offers in Pemberton. Customer service is great. The internet service they provide is robust and a decent speed by Pemberton standards. I would definitely recommend to others.
