Helpful and friendly staff, as well as well maintained and clean facilities. Bit of something for everyone here too... wildlife, creeks, the lake/beach, plenty of shaded and sunny spots.

Such a great spot. So much variety in the sites, but we love the Highlands, sites 211-221 and 149 is a gem (all electric). A shame about the road to the beach washing out, as shoreline erosion is a problem in the area, but you can still get there by foot, but it's a hike (and the stable flies are fierce this time of year. The world's largest freshwater fishery is just down the road, so lots of options for fish to cook campside, and Point Pelee is bike-able (in our younger years) but now the 25 minute drive to the park is how we go now.
Beautiful campground! We were on Boosey Creek and our site was fairly private, very peaceful, and of course gorgeous. Make sure to check site size as there's quite a bit of variation. Day use road was closed to vehicles while we were there so we had to use the footbridge from Two Rivers camping to get to the beach. Footbridge is pretty sketchy, definitely will need replacing soon. Getting down to beach is tricky as it's a \steep bank\ as they call it... basically a sudden 2-3 foot drop from one level to the next. Would love if they'd put steps or a handrail to make beach access easier. Beach is also quite narrow (probably more so than usual as the lake water level is high right now) and rocky, so I'd recommend water shoes. Overall a wonderful peaceful weekend, we will definitely return.
We came here for a quick weekend camping trip. It was ashort drive from Windsor. The park is clean and well kept. Park staff were very friendly.
A perfect combination of 2 faces of nature. Calm and quiet lake with the bridge, good for photo shoots. The other side of the lake is the beach with furious waves. You can watch from the top or indulge in the element of water.
