Baby Blues

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Been a member for 14 yrs had a loan but have fallen on hard times and had to file bankruptcy. My account was frozen,knowing this was my only source of income, when I called about getting it unfrozen they where really nice until i told him I had to include the loan I had. He was then extremely rude and informed me that the money i had in my account now belonges to them cause i was in over draft and hung up me before i could even get a word out. I was devastated and taken back by how rude and inconsiderate he was and how he just hung up on me. Again I had been a faithful member for 14yrs and one little mistake they treat you like trash.

Employees at the branch were depositing money into one account instead of into my checking account causing me to have fees. I was told at first that the overdrafts fees would be waived but then was made to pay them in order to close my account. I've been trying to get a refund but no one will call me back. I had a similar problem the first time I banked with them but at that time they actually fixed the problem. It was a big mistake to chose them again. Lots of mistakes and very rude to me.
