I had a very good experience. Booked an ultrasound really quick. Easy free underground parking. Nice receptionist and technician. Zero issues.

I need to do X-Ray so my doctor suggest to do it here. Book appointment online, within a few hours you will receive phone call from admin for what is the next step. Show up at the clinic to open my file, finished the X-ray within pretty much 10minutes (this could be due to Covid-19 time, they limited people in there). The technician, wow, she is so professional, nice and sweet. Please keep up the good work and super nice attitude.

I went to this clinic for the thyroid ultrasound and it was very bad. The service provider did the scan in a rush and missed that i have a thyroid nodule. After a couple of days i had an appointment with my endocrinologist and he himself did the ultrasound and he was able to find a growth on my thyroid. So i would say they are playing with the health of a person and it could cost the patient their life. Very bad service and i wonder if i should sue them for wrong diagnosis.

Terrible experience. Tried booking an appointment over the phone and I was told its a 5-6 month wait list for an ultrasound for my foot which is insane. The person on the phone was also very unfriendly and seemed to be in a rush to get off - this after I was already on hold for 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. If you need an ultrasound go somewhere else.

I had two x-rays taken here on the understanding that I would be fully reimbursed by public insurance, which is what they told me would happen. In reality, I was charged 150 for something for which RAMQ pays out less than 50. My request for a refund was refused, not because of any disagreement about the above, but because it was their position that the responsibility for the mistake fell on the employee who misinformed me, not the clinic itself. Setting aside this abdication of responsibility for the behaviour of its employees, something that might call into question where the blame truly lies might be indicated by the fact that their website still says, nearly four years later, that general radiology is \covered by RAMQ\. The fact that this means you still have to pay more than two thirds of the cost yourself is not hinted at anywhere.
