Ana took me through a voyage of self discovery where i tackled anxiety, personal relationship issues and a general feeling of being stuck.. she kept saying you will see the effects of this in a years time.. I saw a cheetah.. on my inner voyage with her. Cheetahs are agile ,strong, fast, unique and graceful.. I put these characteristics inside of me through this very simple and intimate journey... i strongly recommend doing this for yourself..

I've always been too impatient for traditional therapy, so I was really impressed with the deep reflections Ana Lucia's sessions caused on me. Every session thought me something about dealing with ingrained habits and attitudes in relationships, communication, behavior, insecurities and aspirations.
I am so happy to have found Ana! She has put me on a path of hope when before I could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. She is so knowledgeable about so many things and non-judgemental in the least. She knows exactly what you need and when you need it even before you do. And she is usually right.
