I love Bagels on Greene! They have a lot of delicious vegan options and the staff is super down to earth. Not pretentious at all (which is kind of rare in the \plant based\ community).

This place is across from my work and it's awesome to be able to get a hearty and healthy meal for a reasonable price. They are always friendly and there are a mind boggling amount of options. The samosas are quite good. Mango salad in incredible.
Bagels here are top notch, but customer service is painfully disappointing. Visited on Sunday February 7th at around 11am, to order some bagels to go, as well as sandwiches for the road. Since it offers wide variety of bagels, naturally wanted to try each flavour. When I ordered \one of each\ the lady serving the bagels let out a big sigh and looked at me with annoyance before turning away from me immediately that I couldn't even complete my order. When I was able to ask for additional sandwiches to complete my order, she got angry and asked why I didn't tell her that in the first place. I don't understand why a person working in the service industry would behave in such a way, especially during such difficult times of the pandemic, while I was trying to support local business and enjoy some good bagels. Utterly disappointed by the service here that I find the need to consider finding a new go-to bagel shop in town.
Great, fresh bagels! Less doughy and more fluffy than St Viateur.
Good food, smells really nice. I bought knish and a lentil cake but didn't realized it was frozen. But I asked and they heated it up for me which was really nice and I appreciate that. Tasty shortbread. I loved the lemonade.
