The WestJet lounge is an amazing place! It can be a home away from home at times. Wonderful people, great food and drink. And if you have a layover, there is no better place to pass the time!

We were here back in Nov 2020 and honestly best food I’ve had at an airport lounge. The drinks and atmosphere are on par if not better than the Amex Centurion lounge. We came in at 10:30am so I ended up getting breakfast and lunch too. The hot breakfast portion is great and the croissant was so fluffy. We also got the beef brisket at 11:30am for lunch and honestly it was restaurant quality. I’ll pay for this at a restaurant! It was so good that we ordered 2! The drinks were really tasty as well. We were so impressed so we ended up tipping the staff before we leave. Amazing lounge!

Awesome customer service. This is a massive improvement from their previous lounge. It's very bright and clean which is so nice to see during these weird travel times. My only wish is that platinum members got access to Delta Airlines lounges as I overhead Delta guests get access to this lounge. Otherwise a good experience.

Oh wow! I’m amazed! It’s really big, spacious and fancy. They have a shower area as well. They have private rooms too for guests if you need to work and the staff are very kind and delightful.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Great place to get away from the crazy hustle and bustle of the airport. I almost don't want to give it a 5 star because I want to keep it a secret lol

It is a night and day experience depending on what time you come. Breakfast is very basic cold oats with minimal blueberries and a croissant that was not bad but not great. At the time I visited hot breakfast was not an option. So it was like a sac breakfast of cold oats, a chocolate croissant, and some candy canes. No fruit, boiled eggs, cheese stick, or anything else in that bag except utensils. However I did visit again in the evening and it was awesome. The online menu was working. Service was great. Place and facility was extremely clean. Wonderful job at social distancing. And choices of hot food and sandwiches. I tried the hot chicken Tikka masala and presentation was very good for a takeaway container. Therefore, for now, I reccomend coming for lunch and dinner times as more variety and options. Overall both experiences were good. Not out of this world amazing but good 4/5 stars.

I would not recommend this lounge to anyone. 59 dollars per person for food worse than a hospital cafeteria. Couldn't even order a Coffee and Bailey's because the bar doesn't open till 10:30 am and our flights departed at 11 am. Attached picture is the "Deluxe breakfast". Hard to believe it's one of the best items on the menu.
