We love the WestJet but why do we need to.pay if we pick a seat for international? Travel agent really insist we need to pay due of westjet regulation...
This is THE BEST for sending pets! No need to call your vet and pay extra for what they say! Could be something like, make sure they have their shots up to date or insurance, etc.. Just Call WestJet Cargo instead!!
Stupid process , lack of customer attention and they live in their own world away from civilisation... what a sad story ... Bankruptcy is the way to go ... for sure!
