Do not rent here! You will never get any maintenance repairs completed. I was promised a renovated unit but nothing was renovated and yet I’m stuck paying renovated prices. The common areas are dirty and not maintained which is scary considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. The elevators break down regularly, I’ve been stuck in them twice! we haven’t had access to the very outdated fitness room for 8 months now. They took out the hot tub instead of fixing it. The parking garage and driveway lights don’t work half the time and you’re stuck going to your car with a flashlight. The windows are beautiful but you can feel gust of wind and the rain coming through the windows. The heating and cooling cost about 300/400 a month! The hot water runs out quick! There are no security cameras anywhere on the property and the crime rate is high. Bikes are stolen, cars are broken into etc.

The heating and cooling will cost you hundreds per month, the staff steal jewelery from apartments, my neighbors leave trash outside in the hallways, the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night for no reason and all day, all I can hear is the sound of trucks backing up at the superstore nearby... BEEP BEEP BEEP... You couldn't pay me to live here. The owner should be ashamed or atleast end my miserable existance so I don't have to live here. P.S in your response you say the case was closed? No it wasn't. No one told me someone was held liable and I don't have my jewelery back, so I don't see how you think the case is closed.
My wife and I have lived in the building for little over a year. The staff always have a smile and a pleasant greeting coming and going. Sandra, the Manager has been very attentive to our needs, always Professional and Honest, expediting any requests for service in our unit. She leads a great team. For us this has been a totally positive tenancy, an look forward to years of the same Professional care that we receive now. Congrats to Sandra and her team
I lived there for 3 years back in 2011. It was clean and one of the landlords (at that time) was really nice while the other was a bit evil. The apartment was a nice size, and I LOVED having a wall of windows in the kitchen/livingroom, but we paid 400 for hydro in the winter! You could feel the wind blowing through the windows and we even had puddles when it rained in the direction of the windows. The people above us had a toilet leak so our bathroom was cut into, and the guy doing repairs (at that time) was horrible at it. We looked at the toilet stack in the wall for a while before it was patched up. I am currently looking for rent and would never move back there.
Love living here. Everyone is friendly. Very well taken care of. If you have a problem it is dealt with right away
