A client asked me to look into getting a lift as part of their renovation we were doing. Never having put in an elevator before, I looked for “elevators” online and Western came up. A little background research and it was clear to me that I could comfortably invite them to tender for my client. Alan showed up, viewed the space and knew exactly which model would work. I was given a price right then and there and it was approved by the client within the week. Alan returned to the site to tell me exactly what he needed for the preparation, and even included drawings. We went to work to build the deck to his plan specs and he returned again to inspect it. We passed ;-). A short time later, the elevator arrived and was installed in one trip. Done. Working. Needless to say, my client is extremely happy to have the freedom of mobility, and grocery bag carrying ;-) If you’re looking for a lift, start with Alan and Western Elevator. You won’t need to go anywhere else.
