Hands down the best used car buying experience I have ever had. Lindsey was a pleasure to deal with and she was always quick to respond to any questions. Everyone is very friendly in general, minimal haggling and they gave me a great deal on the van we bought. They even let us keep the van on their lot for an extra week while we got our insurance sorted out. Highly recommend going to them for anyone looking for a used vehicle!

They are in Calgary. I am in Edmonton. Lindsey was a pleasure to deal with, all staff from Turell to Heather were fully available over several days. E-mails were quickly replied to, their Driver notified me of a cracked windshield (hard to see), they are paying for replacement at their cost 100 %. Lindsey even notified me of a small scratch on the back end (again, hard to see) - so no surprises of flaws in a vehicle with 1420km. All up front and honest, and they beat several dealership on interest rate for me too ! Lindsey even called back the next day to ensure everything was ok with the vehicle, as I was unable to easily test drive being 300km away. A true pleasure to deal with.

Flew up from Victoria to buy a truck for 55,000 stated I needed all the paperwork in order when I got up there did not have the registration for the vehicle when I stressed everything needed to be in order when I got up there because I have one day to get back but in turn was told it was my problem not theirs.horrible organization and a waste of time
