I am very happy to recommend Westcoast Wills & Estates. Their service was very good during 2020; utilizing video conferencing and other digital methods where possible. All our questions were answered and the documents were produced in a timely manner. Katrina S. Yaworsky was our lawyer and she was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs.

Was a bit nervous about doing our wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements (eek! big life changes!), but the team broke each item down into understandable language and made me feel secure with my decisions along the way. I just finished making my will, Power of Attorney and Representation Agreement. From my first email of inquiry to the day I signed all my documents, it was very very smooth. I sent an email to several notary publics and one other law firms's office expressing my needs and asking for a price quote. The only person who responded promptly with an email that was detailed and succinct enough to answer ALL of my initial questions was Jean-Ann from Westcoast Wills. I was assigned to work with Aimée and she was WONDERFUL. From our first video conference to our final face to face signing, she made me feel at ease and cared for as a client. She was very clear and concise about why she made certain recommendations, which in turn helped me make decisions about my will. When the time comes to signing, she did not hesitate to come to me vs me having to come to her for social distance signing of papers as I had expressed that for me, with a 4 month old, it would be harder to travel. She was also accomodating and patient with my need to reschedule several times as well. One other important issue was pricing. Notaries do have lower prices BUT they had limitations to their scope of practice that would prevent me from putting certain clauses into my will. Having spoken with 2 notaries on the phone and then working with Aimée, I found there was a huge difference in the details to which Aimée was able to answer my questions. Paying a little bit extra was worth it to ensure that I have a will that is detailed encompassing enough that I don't have to spend money and change it again anytime soon. West coast Wills and Estates provided my wife and I with nothing but the most professional experience. Jeremy was incredibly outgoing, passionate, and engaged with our personal \agenda\. My wife and I were a little hesitant to create a will, however, Jeremy made it less of a \hassle\, but in turn, a rewarding experience. We strongly recommend this service!!
