This location and the Langley location by far are the best group I have had the pleasure to be assisted with my projects. They are super knowledgeable, empathetic, and down to earth. Definitely the right choice over the other \Partco's\ I accidentally got the wrong part, and Derek and his team within less than an hour had it to me.

I called in the morning to get some new spark plugs for my car. Unfortunately, they were not in stock, however, they rush ordered the item which came in within an hour! Awesome customer service and very helpful staff! Excellent selection of auto parts and ppe! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 5 STARS!!
All around great experience. I usually go to Lordco, but I think I'll be coming here more often. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, ready to help. For anyone looking for supplies due to the current pandemic, they have lots of masks, face shields, and sanitizing supplies - stock up folks.

I Speak from the point of view of an ex-driver for the Abbotsford location. I had much respect for all of the staff here. The owner, Bill, however, has a questionable attitude. Behind-your-back complaints about the length of time taken for deliveries are one. Typical of a boss who wants you to break the law and risk smearing your drivers record just so he can get a part delivered 1 minute or so quicker. Any mention of poor conditions, snow and ice included, are met with a retort such as 'if you don't like it just let the manager know and you can go home'. If the owner wonders why I left when I did, it was to save my own reputation and not be coerced into doing anything stupid. I would rather walk out than be told to leave.
