I have purchased my son's van shoes at xmas, open them up and they are a half size to big. SHELLEY the sales clerk will not exchange because I do not have the receipt. I called the 1877 number spoke to the agent who verified that if I was asking for refund I would need the receipt BUT I am exchanging and that is fine. Shelley still not exchange. I have purchased many can shoes from Park Royal Van store, I can tell you that I will not be returning after this experience

I LOVE this store. Best customer service! They have so many options, carry all sizes, and offer a discount (I think it's tax free) for children's shoes! Even though it is the actual Vans store, I have found their prices to be the same or lower as other stores carrying their shoes.
