Not only was the employee rude and unhelpful, the ring that was purchased for me lasted a month. Shortly after the jewels fell out and the entire ring bent in to two. Luckily I was able to return the ring for a new one, but less then 4 weeks later, the ring fell apart yet again. I can't speak about the quality of the rest of the stores jewelry, but the particular quality of my sterling silver crown ring is absolute garbage.

I went there to exchange a ring that was too big for me, size 5, I needed size 4.5. When I walked in, nobody said hi or anything I was just ignored so I asked one of the ladies at the counter if she could help me. She handed me what she said was a 4.5 ring on my ring style but when I tried it, it was very small for me; the woman told me that my ring was my right size in a tone that was more discouraging than reassuring. She saw I was not happy with my ring and let me go unhappy. Later, I went to the Pandora in Pacific Centre and the super helpful staff told me they didn't have the 4.5 in stock but they made me try many other rings on that size, so I could confirm it was my size, which actually was. They sent me to Metrotown, where they had a 4.5 ring on hold for me and overall gave me a great service. So the Park Royal girl could have done that for me but she didn't. Terrible experience in this location I'll never go back.
