Geoff assisted myself and my family at McKenzie Funeral home on a Wednesday, and after reviewing some details and general pricing we were told it is possible to hold the funeral ceremony on the coming Friday. The next day we visited again to finalize the paper work. Geoff and the team worked diligently to meet make it happen on the Friday. The ceremony was beautifully conducted with the utmost level of professionalism. I am forever grateful, considering it snowed the next day continuing for a week.
When our mum died, we decided that we did not want to repeat the less than positive experience we had earlier with the other WV funeral home, so engaged McKenzie Funeral Services to take care of the arrangements.
