Had an appt scheduled with Dr. Lee for tomorrow, which was scheduled weeks ago. They called to confirm this morning, and then called me back at 5 pm to say that they had realised the Dr didn't start until 1 and they needed to move my appt to later in the day, which I could not do, so they said they would have to reschedule me. I opted to find a new optometrist. ***I amended this to 2 stars as Dr. Lee called me herself this morning to say that she'd stay late if that's what it took to get me in today, which I appreciated even though I've already made a new appt elsewhere. Too late, I'm afraid.***
