We had great difficultly getting onto the right road, we tried three times and every time not able to get on the proper road, BUT when we finally made it there the lady said we we miss it we had to be there 15 min early and it was! It was 130 and our boat was at 145... uhmm anyway yea sorry Google maps and the roads took us so many other directions, we ended up getting here later. But we still got on and so did 30 other passengers. Don't know why she felt she had that annoying power to say that to stress us out making us think we're not getting on .. BUT we got on ! Thank goodness Aside from that, It really is a beautiful scenic ride, love how very quiet it is and clean, it's sorta expensive but I think I can see why the boats hauling ***.

We saw whales!!! Wow! It was a spectacular crossing. There was a two sailing wait for our crossing (we definitely could've planned better!) but the staff was helpful in time estimates. There's a Starbucks at the terminal so definitely bring your laptop or a good book to pass time.. you may be waiting. The ferry has terrific food.

Really slow service now as covid 19 has changed the way food is served in cafeteria. First table we sat at was dirty, also tables are no longer roped off for distancing. I had chicken strips and Caesar salad which now the dressing is served on the side which is great but half the size.

BC ferries is great. Always clean with lots of amenities. The pet areas are very uncomfortable though so I find its best to drive on if your bringing a dog. Its always best to reserve when driving on because it can get extremely busy, especially in the summer months although winter is not as busy. When walking on its good to get there early so your not stuck walking on behind a huge crowed and ending up last in the long line for food. The food is white spot so its great and line usually goes fairly fast too. There are seats with desks and power outlets for laptops and such which is great although these seats are very limited.

Just finished a bacon and egg breakfast (with salsa, of course )... now sipping on a relaxing cup of tea and looking out on the passing scenery. Albeit even if it's a business ferry trip, the atmosphere getting to my destination is a serene and fulfilling experience. Friendly staff!
