Avoid this company at all costs, if you value customer service. I had an appointment for a site survey scheduled that they never showed up for. I tried calling and emailing all day but got no response. TWO DAYS LATER, I received a voicemail from a young lady who was obviously dreading the call or was just in a bad mood - either way it really showed in her voice. She should have remembered that I was not the problem, their lack of customer service was, so she should’ve been apologetic, not full of attitude. Anyway, the excuse she gives for making me wait at home all day when I could’ve been working and earning a living, is that the truck got a flat tire! Can someone please explain how a flat tire prevents all cell phones and business phone lines and email from working???? At the insistence of my service provider, I gave them another chance, but they stood me up again!!! Not even a phone call or email again!!! Had I read Google reviews before accepting them as suggested by my service provider, I would have never dealt with this Mickey Mouse operation. Looking at the reviews now, I see a response from the owner that is absolutely pathetic, crying about how hard his job is and all the long hours he works! I guess he sets the standard for the unprofessional behaviour of all of his staff . Stay away at all costs!!!
