Wonderful quiet place, uncluttered and elegant. Several learned monks, meditation classes. Accepting of all, not just Sri Lankans or Buddhists.

I was looking for monk in Toronto I can follow as I love watching Ajahn Brahm youtube videos for the past one year. While searching, came across the urban Buddhist monk. This location is just 10minutes away from. Every Wednesday from 7-8:30pm, they have 45min lecture and 45min meditations class for free. It was my first time. Class was full. All ethnicity of people came. Felt really good after the session. Can't wait to go again.

Best ever Buddhist temple in Toronto!!... Amazingly serene and peaceful place, ideal for meditation... Very compassionate and kind Buddhist monks, always there to guide and help. Beautiful and very powerful meditation session preceded by an English talk by a Buddhist monk every Wednesday evening. I highly recommend this temple for all spiritual seekers in Toronto.
