West Elm is one of the better premium furniture stores in Montreal. The staff at the store are very polite, helpful and efficient. They have helped me find different products and help me with styling decisions on numerous occasions. The manager, to note, is especially helpful. The furniture items and other home accessories are all very well designed and built to last a long time, I’ve purchased various different items over the years from the store and always had a very good experience- whether I had to return/exchange certain items (good customer service) or I kept certain items that have lasted very well. I would highly recommend west elm for quality furniture and home accessories.

Excellent staff. Currently under renovation but if you contact the store they may give you a chance to see specific items in store (if available). Beautiful, well made furniture.
So far, not impressed. We bought four items in early November. Got two in the following 6 weeks. Were told before buying that there was a backorder of two months (leading up to Jan) for the last two items. We are entering April, just recieved the 3rd one and its broken upon delivery. Dont know when we'll get it back. No words of when the last one is coming. I believe the MTL store staff are genuinely doing what they can, but the service overall is subpar considering the price tag.
Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable! The furniture is pricey but also high end.
Very welcoming people over there. Everyone is nice and friendly. However the things there are little pricy. But if you keep your eyes on that, they have some big sales once or twice a year. Price is reasonable. By the way, the warehouse is close, just right next to the shop
Unfortunately I think they offer the wrost costumer service. I've been a regular shopper at westelm In Toronto. But the shop in mtl is not up to the standard they offer in Toronto. Multiple time I've tried to order or get my hands on some products available in Ontario but nothing could be done. They have lost a fair amount of money over the past year for only one costumer. I lately called for a duvet cover and 2 pillow casses over 35 min on the phone. And the sale associate have put me on hold 3 different times. Very very disappointing
