Dropped by today to remove my motorcycle rear seat lock. My bike has a high security lock that makes it extra hard to pick. Jason from the shop found a way to easily remove the lock and he ended up not charging me for the lock removal. Definitely would recommend them for any lock troubles for their professionalism and friendly service

A great experience with this shop! I have had issues with my Honda Civic lock and keys. Gord spent time explaining why this happens and how to try to avoid it in the future and also explaining my options for fix. They were able to fix the lock issue and cut me two new keys for the third of the price which Honda could offer. I recommend them 100%
These guys gained a customer for life today. Extremely knowledgeable staff and they were able to answer some of my questions that big box stores would have no clue how to answer. When budgeting and getting some background info for a future project they were able to take into account budget and other concerns in recommending a solution for me. I will be back for sure. Customer service is great and it seemed like it didn't matter if it was a end user buying one lock or an institution looking for 20 locks with a master key system and key control, everyone gets the same professional treatment.
The people at Westcoast Locksmith are amazing. I had come in a few weeks ago with a broken key for my studio. It had literally broken right in half. I felt a little sheepish coming in there with 2 bits of key and asking for them to cut me a new one. Not only did they have no problem doing it, they recommended some lock lubricant that totally rectified the situation. They were honest, super fast and super kind. I will defs be coming back if I have any issues. Thanks guys and gals!
