Fine selection of items but absolutely horrible customer service. The sales associates helping us told us to wait and did not bother to check back on us for 15-20 minutes and went back to helping other customers. I reminded the associate several times because I understand that things can get busy at the store. Even after the reminders the associate did not bother to get back to me. After 20 minutes another associate came to demonstrate the product before purchase but he was very rude and spent no more than 5 seconds. I am not sure if the associates just preferred to help white customers over coloured customers because white customers were being helped ASAP. I will never go back to this store after having that horrible experience.

Amazing customer service, as first time parents my husband and I had a ton of questions about what items to purchase. The team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable they helped us pick out all the key items needed to welcome our little girl in may. Special thanks to Paula for going above and beyond to help answer all our questions. Highly recommend for all your baby needs.
This is what one of sales associate said to my wife today at the clothing section when asked to get help with choosing size for an item " Maybe next time leave your child at home and come alone" Are you kidding me? What kind of service is this? How can you hire people like that? Not only do they lack knowledge about products, but they are also RUDE! By the way my son is 18-month-old was in a stroller. I rarely write reviews, but this is unacceptable. I will update this post with the name of sales associate and will write a formal letter to head office.
Do the employees not know the prices of their own items? Did a curbside pick-up and was charged full price for an item that I placed on hold because it was on sale. Had to go back to get the price adjusted and was a big hassle. Why don’t the employees know the prices? It doesn’t take much to look at the tag. The sale price was marked on the tag. PLEASE DO BETTER.
The store looks great! Items are well organized and easy to find. I've mostly shopped online, but the one time I needed to go in to purchase a carseat, noone offered to help (though the store was practically empty). We kept waiting and eventually ended up going to the checkout desk to get help. This was back in October 2020.
The rating I am giving is for the service I received while trying to negotiate a purchase by telephone. The young woman who assisted me was helpful, patient and quickly provided solutions for whatever problems that were presented. Kudos to her, as such interactions are not the norm.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. Their customer service is terrible!!!! They changed their return policy the week of Black Friday without telling customers at cash. The signs in the store referred to the dates you couldn't return an item. When I tried returning my items I was told ill get store credit for them. When I was visibly shocked they told me "it's right there on the receipt". So they didn't tell me before they took my 237 dollars. Only after I have swiped my card I am supposed to see the receipt that says NO REFUND, ONLY STORE CREDIT. Then the store manager proceeded to make many excuses as to why the cashier didn't tell me the policy before I made the purchase. They blamed me. Packed my items up and sent me on my way. They told me email customer service see what they can do for you. This is unacceptable customer service to me. Go to BUY BUY BABY or SNUGGLE BUG they respect you and provide a better more pleasant customer experience.
Very helpful staff! Highly recommended for anyone who is expecting or who wants to buy gifts for someone who is!
