We got our first Kia about 3 years ago and were very pleased with service and staff professionalism. We live in Richmond but travel to West Coast Kia because they care about their customers, very attentive and very professional staff (we dealt with Pierre -sales and manager Daniel) who knows their cars in and out, and provide no pressure sales. We won't hesitate to come back again to get our next car here and would recommend this location to family, friends, and Kia lovers.

I had a few concerns with my 2020 Kia Optima which I purchased in October, 2020 from West Coast Kia. My first service was performed today without any issues. They were kind enough to provide a Courtesy Car for me to use while my car was being serviced. As a Person with Disabilities I could not have provided my car without the Courtesy Car. I was treated with respect and tolerance for which I am grateful. Good Job West Coast Kia.
As a first time buyer, I was very pleased with the amount of helpfulness and friendly service that was provided at West Coast Kia. Pierre was awesome and he was able to help me on such short notice which was very convenient. The entire process was very smooth and was able to drive off with my brand new 2020 Kia Forte EX that I love. Thank you again Pierre and to your incredible staff as well. I hope to see you soon when I come back to purchase a brand new Stinger in the following years.

I've tried to contact this dealership regarding the purchase of a Kia Seltos EX Premium four times for the past 2 weeks. I made it very clear that I would not commute from Vancouver to Pitt Meadows without having any idea of the price of the car, especially in COVID times. First, I tried via webchat. They refused to provide any information via chat and insisted on me going to test drive the car with them. I told them that I would test drive the vehicle somewhere closer to my place and contact them again if I decide to go with the Seltos. A salesperson (who I will not name to respect their privacy) emailed me their contact for me to follow up after the test drive. Three days later, after deciding to go with the Seltos, I called them and asked again for the price quote, they said that they would happily assist me with the quote and call me back within a few minutes. 3 days later no callback. I called again a second time after 3 days. Same story, no callback after 3 more days. I then email back my first point of contact and ask them to email me the quote. 6 days later and no response. If this is the treatment they give to their prospective customers, I can only imagine the type of treatment I would get after signing a deal.
