I would give them 0 stars if I could. DO NOT rent from this place under any circumstances. I was in a very minor accident with a car I rented for the weekend. I purchased the collision insurance, so I figured I was covered right? But once I submitted my claim they started dragging their heels, dodging calls and not answering my emails. Two months later they finally get back to me with a repair invoice and an added \loss of use\ bill for an extra 1800 which, (surprise, surprise) is not covered by the insurance. These people are crooks.

The vehicle allocated to us was in perfect condition. Since we had made a prior booking over the phone, everything was taken care of. There was no difficulty in getting our deposit back. Very efficient staff and service. Keep it up guys !

The only car rental place that would accept a Visa Debit! Had it not been for you, we would've been stranded in Vancouver without a vehicle. The other agency who told us they did accept Visa debit, it turned out, did not. Razi, I'm not sure if that is how to spell his name properly, took us in without a reservation got us hooked up immediately and we were on our way. He even picked us up from the airport and drove us back. Customer service was exceptional, they kept their word on returning my deposit. Thank you so much for an excellent experience! You have friends in Toronto

They’ve got a wide range of options to accommodate most peoples needs. Easy booking system, and friendly staff as well who went all the way to help us out. Special mention to Max, who was extremely helpful when we had to change our booking multiple times due to Covid issues. The car we rented was in good condition, clean and well Maintained. There was nothing to worry about hygiene issues. They helped us find a cab as well during drop off, in order to reach home safely. Thanks Max and the rest! We would definitely be back again.

The Vehicle i wanted was clean and just what I expected. Picking up a car at Vancouver hasn’t always been easy especially during winter and summer, but the staff still managed to greet me well and provide Me with a great service last winter.
