I was looking to downsize my vehicle to better suite my needs. Within minutes of inquiring with West Coast Auto & RV Zane was in contact with me (via text), he offered possible options of vehicles they had on the lot that he thought I might be interested in. He was spot on with his suggestion! Matt and Zane were fantastic to deal with incredibly sincere, professional and kind. The entire process of having to buy a new vehicle (and trade in) was surprisingly enjoyable and stress free. The easiest and most enjoyable car shopping I’ve ever done. Zane and Mike made my experience amazing. By far the most pleasant experience in purchasing a used vehicle I have ever had. Matt and Mike were very helpful in the entire process of purchasing my Tucson, from selecting a vehicle to financing. Matt ,the salesman at West Coast Auto was very helpful to find several vehicles that matched our criteria including price.He was very knowledgeable about his inventory and never rushed us. The finance manager Mike was also very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to financing and warranty.Justin the service manager was very accommodating in setting up an appointment for them to install the command start that we requested.And the work was done in a timely manner.We would have no trouble recommending West Coadt to friends and family .Thanks!
Purchased a 2016 Audi A3 from West Coast Motors and can honestly say it was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Zane and Mike were awesome to deal with. Pricing was second to none so didn't have to wonder if we were getting the best deal. They were up front, honest, and trustworthy. Little to no pressure, even though we were fairly set on our purchase. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a great deal without the stress that comes with buying a vehicle.
