This is the first dental experience I had where I am looking forward to my next visit. Dr. Andrew Albert has a built a practice from the perspective of his patients. From his front staff to his assistant Shannon, there is an immediate comfort level; skilled, professional, warm and friendly. They obviously love their work. I have never had such a thorough exam, detailed in writing and presented as a plan with a quote, so I knew the costs up front. Dr. Albert goes the extra mile with a visual presentation (no extra charge) to explain the short and long term options, which certainly helps since I am self employed without coverage and like to budget for dental work. His dental hygienist, Suzana gave me the best and most gentle cleaning I've ever had. Who likes to go to the dentist? Up until now, it was on the bottom of my list of likes, and this clinic has changed my perspective 180 degrees. I live south of Sherwood Park and more than happy to make the trip to Dr. Albert's clinic for my dental work. Thank you for the experience! Shauna Madsen

I have been going here since I moved to Edmonton. I have always been treated well and the staff is very thorough in their work and how they treat the customers. Always smiles and fun conversation!! Suzanne has been my hygienist forever! Very professional and does a great job with my teeth!
Amazing and professional staff in a non pretentious environment. Been seeing Stacy(hygienist) and Andrew (Dentist) for years and I trust them with my mouth health! The front end staff are super friendly and helpful as well. Clean, clean, clean!
Dr Chong is by far the best dentist I have ever had. Extremely friendly and spends as much time needed to answer any questions to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Would give this guy 100 stars if I could. Had both fillings and an extraction done and could not recommend a better place or dentist to have your work done.
Been a client here for a decade- if not longer, my family as well! nothing but knowledgeable and informative staff- the most friendly faces you’ll ever see in a dentist office! wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else... anything you need done, they’ll do it. Spacious, exceptionally clean, and safe during the strange times of Covid19. Yes that rhymes ;)
