I had the great pleasure of dealing with Dennis at this company today. I purchased pain relief equipment online for a loved. As shipping was included I wanted to check how long it would take. Upon hearing why I had ordered the equipment, Dennis went out of his way to expedite my purchase in order for it to arrive as soon as possible! In the spirit of community, Dennis was a leader for me today! I would highly recommend this company, and the fantastic customer support to anyone!

I would give ZERO stars for this business. They are SUPER RUDE on the phone. Ordered a product for where I work and there was missing credentials, so they phoned the workplace and 1) Did NOT say who they were and 2) Did not say what the call was about even after asking MULTIPLE times. The employee who called then talked to my manager and the employee again did not say who they were or what the call was about/ what the product was then hung up on my Manager after saying they were cancelling the order and he did not have time to talk to her. We pieced together that it was a product we ordered from them and called them back. They again were RUDE saying they did not hang up on us initially and then proceeded to say again they did not have time for us and Hung up on my manager again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS RUDE COMPANY WHO \DOSENT HAVE TIME\ FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

My mom and I heard of this well known mad store and she decided one day to buy one of there good products for pain relief. We then used it and it’s helped us a lot for many years lasting. Today I shopped again online and called they’re number for information, very polite people kind and very helpful God bless them they treat you very well very good customer service I can’t stress that enough and living close by the store, they offered with great generosity to deliver rite away my item I purchased. I’m very happy and satisfied with the service. I will continue to shop here especially when it deals with ones health care. Thanks again! God bless!

I had concerns with my shipment order and Dennis attended to this matter immediately through email and phone calls. He even worked during off hours to rectify the mistake. Their service alone deserves 5 stars. Awesome & honest company, highly recommend.
