Had a great first time experience! I Personally would like to single out the Rep who had the patience to deal with me. She went beyond expectations to satisfy a customers needs. Thank you Jess! And to the rest of the staff, even under those masks we could still tell you were all smiling. Hard to believe considering all that chaos going on. Don't know how you do it, but you do it well! Mostly Costco liquidation items here such as shoes, clothing, appliances, gloves, food, chairs, other furniture, some exercise equipment. Some items aren’t discounted that much (the small things like the food) but some of the bigger priced items are decent deals. You are only allowed to shop for 30 minutes because they have a capacity and it is busy and there is a line of people waiting consistently it seems. Staff are nice. Some brand name stuff behind glass as well.
I love how they are running things during the pandemic. You sign in and wait in your vehicle till it’s your time to go into the store. So you get to keep warm and your spot is saved. It was a 44 min wait, little long BUT I was warm waiting and not surrounded by other ppl. Lots of bargains. Great prices. So next time I’m going I will text to save my spot and by the time I get there it should be almost my time to enter. Great job K and K liquidations :) My only suggestion is to maybe put something up on your website about how to sign in. Then people are better prepared and sign up before they get there to eliminate the long wait time.
There were a lot of people not following the arrows on the ground and pushing past you and some of the employees even the owner would constantly be taking off their masks. There online waiting system worked great but I did find some people would just walk in without waiting their turn. Didn’t feel safe with the protocols they have in place.
Good store with tons of weekly deals, not everything is good but you got to spend time and check because all sales are finals. Prices are good compared with Costco. Costco returned or unused items are sold here.
