Just returned from a camping trip on the Saturday night of the August long weekend. Jantzi Plumbing sent Kevin to solve my water issue and he had things working in no time. I can't say enough about how helpful he was. This will be the only company I call from now on. Really good.
Had a problem with my infloor heating boiler,booked a repair for next day,nobody showed.Next day called and rebooked, nobody showed or bothered to call,can’t recommend this group.
We booked this company to do a job 2 weeks prior. They said they would get it done.. we called often to see when they were coming out. On our last conversation they said we cant do it. You better look elsewhere. Very poor run business and do not reccomend them to do anything.
We cancelled our water heater rental with Reliance and decided to buy. Looking for a local company they provided us with great customer service! The technician who came to do the job was fantastic! He was clean, efficient and did everything he could to not cause any damage.
