We had a mouse problem and my wife reached out to Mark to help us out. He showed up at the agreed upon time, explained what he was going to do and went about finding the problem. Once he had finished investigating he explained his assessment and possible solutions in a very easy to understand way. He was upfront about the cost and gave us an option we could do ourselves (Which we decided to go with). All and all, a great experience and we will call Mark back if our DIY solution falls flat.
We recently moved to our new home and discovered we had a family of bats living in our attic. While hunting around for quotes the prices were quite high. Luckily we found this company and they were absolutely fantastic and prompt. We had the pleasure of interacting with Mark who was very professional, friendly and courteous. Within about 10 mijnutes of emailing Mark (on a Sunday no less), I had a response and an appointment time. I had birds building a nest in my bathroom exhaust, but Mark came out very quickly and fixed everything up. Removed the nest, installed a new cover and bird-deterrent...he also covered my kitchen exhaust as a precautionary measure as well. I would highly recommend using this company!
