I would give negative Stars if I could. First things first if you look at all their reviews that are five star, they're fake accounts that pump up the reviews and ratings of their own company in the region. Let alone is already fishy and a huge red flag. Booked to move last week on the phone with a rate of 100 an hour and made a 150 security deposit. Come to the day of moving I'm up at 9:00 a.m. expecting them to show up with no phone call so by 9:20 I called them up asking what's going on and they tell me that the truck broke down and they had to reschedule or refund me, my first question is why didn't you call me and tell me what was going on instead of the customer asking for answers. So I reschedule for today, for 9:30 and two men show up saying it's now 4 hours minimum and there's a stair fee, when they didn't clear that up on the phone at all they just assumed I didn't live in a basement apartment. When the two gentlemen walked into the house I asked him to put masks on dyue to the COVID-19 pandemic and they replied that they do a lot of heavy breathing when moving but they weren't moving they were inside my residence so very unprofessional in that regard. They then said if I wanted the move today I would have five minutes to figure out what my decision was but they already had gone into the truck and drove off way before then. So when I called the company and demanded a refund they said they couldn't give me all my money because they had to hire these two gentlemen on their day off to assist me moving when they didn't even ask me for full details or get full disclosure of what the agreement was on moving. You're better off finding business for moving elsewhere. Would not recommend if they were the last company in the region to help move. You're better off getting your grandma in a wheelchair to help you instead.

Thieves ! Beware ! Charged 8hours for 3.5 hours of work , didn’t wear masks during COVID . Did half the job , and didn’t do it well , tramped mud and snow through new carpeting

I love niagara moving company! You guys are my favourite movers in niagara, I had some great laughs with John and Del while they moved me , they finished my move much earlier then the minimum but they didn’t charge me for the truck or equipment so it worked out cheaper then I expected. The only movers I would ever use !
