SCAMMER!! THIEF!! This man STOLE 240 from us. We found his ad on Kijiji and gave him a call to see about doing some work in our attic. He came to our home, did an assessment and later emailed us a quote. He asked for a 25% deposit which we gave (240). On the day the work was to begin he messaged to say he had a Dr. appointment he had forgotten about and would be late. Then said he wasn't coming until the next day because he had to pick up his son from school. He did not show up the next day. He did not respond to texts, calls or emails for several days. When he finally did he claimed he had been ill and would give us our deposit back within the next 2 days(keeping in mind the deposit was never described as non refundable at any point in time). He never gave it back, and has continued to ignore our requests for our money back. \\ The below review is so spot on, everything she wrote, we experienced. If you want your money stolen, time wasted, non completion or even beginning of work, give him a call.
Dont waste your time. Not a reliable person, oh wait, a professional liar actually. Good at finding excuse and victimize himself. Keep your money, time, and good mood to find someone who is, at least mentally stable, capable to complete your work and make your life easier.
Thief, and a waste of my valuable time! Paul came to the house to give us a quote on some mold removal to close out our home sale. he seemed genuine and was friendly enough. He emailed a quote and asked for 25% down to secure the chemicals and the work date on such short notice. I foolishly agreed to this and sent over the money. The scheduled day for the work to be completed came and went with multiple texts from Paul talking about how sick he was, yata yata yata. told me he would refund the money, he never did and I hired a more relaible company. This man is a theif, liar and a total piece of work! if I was not moving out of province for work I would take him to small claims and win my case, I have more than enough evidence to do so.
Excellent work from start to finish! (Paul) Thank you for going above and beyond and being so understanding on such short notice! It's rare to find a worker of your kind who not only cares but wass willing to take the extra time and work by informing us of the other issue and not just that, fixing it at little(I paid for supplies) to no extra cost if you had not noticed it, who knows what further structure issues and even health problems that could have arose from it. Thanks again Tyemak Environmental, I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and every new house buyer I know from here on out!
