Big shout out to Sydney today! Not only did she tell me could pay my tax bill at the bank she waited while my husband sent me a picture of it (her idea, I would never have thought) and she registered me so I could pay it there in the future. Super helpful! Thank you Sydney! You re a doll!

I just entered the TD Canada Trust on Niagara St, Welland to do my weekly deposit and I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. Usually it's a pleasant experience but this time I was shown attitude from a manager, was told not to look at them while they processed my deposit and was told that I should \go and get educated\. I am embarrassed that any employer would condone this type of behavior and that these are the only type of employees TD can find to represent they're company.
A huge thank you to Matt Leaver at TD Canada Trust bank in Welland for resolving a very serious issue for me. My debit card was hacked and I had over 220. stolen from my Checking account in just a few short hours. I knew steps had to be taken on my card ASAP. I contacted my bank and within one hour my hubby and I were sitting in Matt’s office and the fraud claim was filed, and all the necessary steps were taken to protect me. .
