While I was at service Canada with my mother, the lady that was suppose to help her was extremely rude. Did not help her and made her upset. My mother does not get upset easily but that woman treated her with nothing but disrespect. She was trying to apply for old age pension and had questions and wanted help doing the application but she just responded with “ we don’t do that here “. She could have helped her but choose to be rude instead. Not happy with the visit with the honey highlight haired woman behind the desk.

The dark fellow there when I went for a certain application I had to know exactly what I needed from where, I had to spell it out for the guy no help, barely could speak English like common
I was there at 8.30 am and she was already serving someone. This lady staff who was there this morning was very efficient and professional. There were 5 others in front of me and by 8.40 am I was out of there.
