Shared a room as part of a conference I was attending at Niagara College. Check-in was fairly quick, rooms were looked after each day, toiletries were restocked the first day but not the second but I'm sure I could have asked for more if I needed them. Towels are somewhat worn but functional. I've stayed in College dorms before and this one is very similar to others. Great price and very quiet at night.

4 stars for value compared to hotel / motel prices. Need to get wifi in the rooms, if even for the summer. Existing connection is old technology and most modern computers cannot accommodate. easy and friendly check in and help when needed. Mike

Helpful and kind staff, good value rooms. Only paid around 90 including taxes for one night and got two rooms to myself. If you're visiting, you're more than likely only going to be at the residence just to sleep and shower and this is place has all you need for that.

Nice accommodations for our purpose (competing in a triathlon). Not sure of the value though when compared to that of hotels in the area that offer room service, restaurants, gym, etc. , for 20 more you would get these added amenities. Room was clean and had a kitchenette.

We hosted a get together for 80 over the weekend. The price is reasonable and facilities good. Staff friendly. There is a kitchen you can use. We booked the party room and partied till dawn. There's a hall just 100 meters away if you want to have a banquet. Highly recommended.

Rooms were spacious, had a sink and fridge and separated rooms for the beds. It's literally a dorm so, interesting place to stay. Beds were a little firm but I had no trouble sleeping. Great for the price. Free coffee in the morning. Clean, good amenities, no complaints.

Had a pleasant stay here. Room was clean, well (but basic) appointed. Linens and pillows included. A nice shower was found in the bathroom. All bedrooms had a TV. Free coffee and fruit in the morning at the lobby. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay. Loved the bbq area outside, the lounge, and large rooms. And you can't beat the price! We will be back.
