After having service issues with another company I contacted Halco. The office was very polite and professional. I explained the situation and I got the service cleaning appointment setup for my farm portable toilet which is not one of theirs. The driver arrived on the day and the approx time they said he would. Unfortunately the portable was frozen so the driver could not complete the cleaning. He contacted me and explained the situation and offered solutions and said I would not be charged for the call. Even though the cleaning couldn't be completed he did as much as he could to make it look and smell better until he could return when it is thawed out. 5 Star service all around. I highly recommend Halco!!

All around great company to deal with from the initial call to the delivery and pick up of the restrooms we ordered for my son's wedding. The restrooms were bright, clean and really appreciated by the guests at the outdoor wedding. Definitely a huge step above the traditional porta-potties. I highly recommend dealing with Halco, you won't be disappointed.

My wedding was on a farm the day after scheduled delivery. Apparently they don’t have either the competence or equipment to get a trailer up and down a hill. The washrooms were forced to be inaccessible to my guests. The bottom of the hill is the traditional location for washrooms and the venue hosts weddings all summer so it is purely a competence issue. After several arguments he through out an alternative spot. I didn’t know if it was doable and said it would have to be figured out with the event coordinator. The guy told me he didn’t care who she was.... Well, the washrooms are being left on her property so maybe start caring and this was after several unprofessional made remarks. They finally decided on a spot and the driver then decided he couldn’t get there because the tip of a tree branch was there. The site owner ended up chopping off a branch. So much for portable washrooms!
